At Toronto TV Repairs, we take pride in our equitable repair policies. Please take time to carefully read the following:
- There is no charge for repair estimates or quotes within our primary service area. Repairs or estimates outside the Greater Toronto Area may incur an additional travel fee.
- All repairs and estimates are done in a bona fide (good faith) basis. Should any malfunctions other than the original work be found while our technicians are repairing your product, we will contact you to discuss our findings.
- All work performed by Toronto TV Repairs is covered by a 90 day parts and labor guarantee, effective from the time of item retrieval. Parts not repaired by our technicians are not covered under our guarantee; any attempt to repair or service the unit during the guarantee period immediately voids all guarantees.
- Any damage inflicted on the item including, but not limited to impact, moisture and liquid, sand, temperature extremes, battery leakage, chemical corrosion, tampering, or any operation that would be considered abuse and/or contrary to the item's operating manual also voids all guarantees. Toronto TV Repairs is the final arbitrator of the definition of equipment and item abuse.
- Senior citizens may receive a 10% discount off of our labor charges. The senior citizens discount does not apply to any parts replaced or provided.
- Household pets must be contained for the duration of on-site repairs, and at any time while our technicians are on your premises. Our technicians reserve the right to deny service to anyone who refuses to follow this policy.
- All completed work must be paid for in full before the item is returned. Any fees not fully paid for within 30 days after your repairs have been approved, the item requiring repairs is considered forfeit, and automatically becomes the property of Toronto TV Repairs.
- Toronto TV Repairs is not responsible for items lost after 30 days following the completion of repairs.
